The Strato Mille culinary group, founded in 2013, was created with the aim of conveying the culinary philosophy of the Spoladore family, and took as its starting point the area of Spain with most Mediterranean cultural influences: The Costa del Sol.

Gastronomic diversity, high quality raw materials and innovative cuisine based on the Italian culinary tradition are the main foundations that support the success of this business group, which has grown exponentially in recent years to over a thousand employees who currently make up the workforce of Strato Mille

We use our culinary vision as a central theme to connect people through their love of food and their way of relating to it.

This concept attracts the most demanding of palates, turning our regular clientèle into a large community of gourmets and connoisseurs who seek to discover something new with each visit.

This idea runs all the way through our restaurant experience, creating unique encounters where attention to detail and excellent service are just as important as the quality of our menu.

As a result, in 2015 we didn’t think twice about moving forward towards this objective, by acquiring exclusive distribution rights in Spain for the most important private winery in Italy, Astoria Wines.

This allowed us to achieve the perfect pairing for our culinary range, a complete experience that takes us on a journey through Italian culture with the smells and flavours of traditional cuisine, from a modern point of view that delights even the most demanding customer.

Our journey has led us to acquire five establishments located in key location of the Costa del Sol, such as Málaga, Benalmádena and Mijas.

These, together with the distribution of Astoria wines through our network of restaurants and exclusive partners, make Strato Mille one of the fastest expanding groups in the area, and one constantly searching for new partners and investors who share our vision.
